Benefits Of Becoming A Lord/Lady !

This is the ultimate gift for "the person who has everything". This novelty gift from Scotland, will be enjoyed by everyone for many years to come and one that will certainly never be put to one side and forgotten. This is a present that will increase in value and significance as the years go by. The title can be enjoyed immediately, impress your friends and family with your "Highland Title". Many of our clients have thoroughly enjoyed the recognition this entails. Upgraded service, special treatments and even that golf tee time opening up for your Lordship! The land can be visited at any time and used in any way you choose. Your estate can also be sold at any time (for a profit if land values have risen as they usually do) by the new owner, or left in a will to benefit future generations of the family.

As such, if you buy a 1sqft plot, it will be in the Highland Titles Nature Reserve and you be able to style yourself as a Lord or Lady of Glencoe.

If you buy a larger plot, ie: the 10 sqft and 100 sqft, it will be located at Kilnaish. However, you will also get a free 1sqft plot at the Highland Titles Nature Reserve at Duror, near Glencoe, meaning you can style yourself as Laird, Lord or Lady of Glencoe!

Of course it also means you can fully enjoy the guided tours and other facilities on offer the original reserve too.

Please note that the details and location of both plots – Glencoe and Kilnaish – will be contained within one certificate.

Having a title inspires others to afford you the respect you deserve. Expect a whole new experience in hotels and restaurants as a Lord, Laird or Lady. Dinner parties will never be dull again as you regale everyone with tales of your estates in the Scottish Highland. You may use your title and land however you wish - feel free to pitch a tent if your Estate is large enough!

But most of all, we urge you to purchase the Title from us to announce that you support our conservation work in the Scottish Highlands.

Nestling in the rolling hills of the Scottish Highlands, Glencoe Wood is a natural haven for wildlife including the magnificent Red Deer. By taking possession of a part of this special place you become legally entitled to use the title Laird of Glencoe, Lady of Glencoe, or Lord of Glencoe and will protect it from development; forever.

Purchasing your very own Highland Estate will give you the legal right to call yourself a Laird, Lord, or Lady. Using the paperwork that we provide, you can change your bank accounts, credit cards, which will result immediately in you being shown the respect you deserve. Friends and colleagues will be impressed and envious whenever you mention it. After all, how many people do you know who own a beautiful Scottish Highland Estate with all the rights that go with it.

When you purchase this land you will also benefit from the knowledge that you are making a positive contribution to the environment. By splitting the woodland into the ownership of hundreds of different people it ensures that no developer can ever acquire it and use it for their own gain, to the detriment of the area. By planting additional trees, carbon dioxide is removed from the atmosphere by the process of carbon sequestration. But perhaps most importantly the woodland is home to many species of Scottish flora and fauna, and it can be enjoyed by people as an area of peace, quiet, and tranquillity.

Our customers obtain a “personal right” to their land. This is essentially a contract where we pass our rights to the land over to you.  So you can visit your plot, call it your own and essentially do what you please with the land within the normal confines of law (we do also retain rights to prevent the land being used for hunting and shooting).

Further you can sell or pass on the contract as you can with any property.  So the gift can be passed down the generations, not just once but forever.

Please note however that the Land Registration etc. (Scotland) Act 2012 does not allow souvenir plots of land to be officially registered so technically Highland Titles Limited has to remain as the registered owner of the land on your behalf. Highland Titles will also manage (at no cost to you) the land as a nature reserve on an ongoing basis.

This, combined with the fact that Highland Titles Ltd is owned by The Highland Titles Charitable Trust for Scotland (a charity registered in Guernsey, number CH444), ensures that the land can only ever be used for the purposes of conservation.
